Fixed Pitch Propeller(FPP)

The blade and hub are integrally cast with fixed pitch, offering a robust structure, low manufacturing and installation cost, and stable efficiency, making it the preferred choice for merchant ships and conventional propulsion systems.

Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP)

With nickel-aluminum bronze and computer pouring, we produce defect-free castings meeting class requirements. 5-axis CNC machining achieves precision on blades/hubs in one setup: pitch error within half class tolerance, Ra 1.6.

Ship Ducted Propeller

We offer precision welding for split ducts, post-weld annealing, and dedicated tooling to ensure duct roundness and blade tip clearance, plus static balance and clearance inspection reports after full assembly.

Ship Contra-Rotating Propeller

All processes from casting, machining, assembly to final inspection are completed entirely in-house. We can also supply both fixed-pitch and controllable-pitch contra-rotating propellers and support the CCS, DNV, LR classification society certification.

Ship 4 Blade Propeller
