Unlike ordinary rubber products, our inflatable air bags feature a high-tenacity polyester cord reinforcement layer with burst pressure far exceeding industry standards—remaining durable even under repeated compression by large vessels. Our inflatable rubber fenders use a multi-layer wound reinforced structure for low deformation and high energy absorption, effectively cushioning hull-to-dock impacts. Solid polyurethane floating fenders require no inflation and are maintenance-free, ideal for long-term use in harsh marine conditions.

Each batch can be supplied with major classification society certificates upon request, and third-party on-site inspection is supported. We also provide free selection consulting, tailoring the most economical and reliable fendering solution based on vessel tonnage, dock structure, tidal range, and other parameters.

Pneumatic Rubber Fender

Pneumatic rubber fender (Yokohama type) is an advanced marine anti-collision device. Installed on terminals or ships, it absorbs collision energy between ship-to-ship and ship-to-dock. With inner compressed air, it floats on water. Sizes: D0.5m x L1.0m to D3.3m x L6.5m. Produced to ISO17357-2002 and GB/T 2002-2002 standards.

Ship Launching Airbag

Based on innovative technology, we designed a new integrally wound high-strength ship launching air bag. Practice proves that launching vessels over 50,000 DWT with air bags, provided safety measures are taken: careful ramp design, precise calculations based on vessel weight and water level during stern landing and floating.

Dock Fender & Bumper

We produce inflatable, polyurethane, and foam-filled fenders, as well as rubber pads. Using integral winding, multi-layer cord reinforcement, and vulcanization molding, we offer customization in size, hardness, and color. Our natural rubber and nylon composite technology ensures high strength, and long life.

Foam Filled Fenders

Compared with compressed fenders, our solid foam-filled polyurethane fenders float and are unaffected by tide changes. Unlike inflatable fenders, they require no maintenance, no air checks, and pose no burst risk. They offer better energy absorption, lower reaction force, customizable sizes, and optional tire nets.

Sling Type Fenders

Our company produces chain, wire rope, and tire net Sling Type Fenders using compression molding, cord reinforcement, foam filling, and chain channel pre-embedding. Custom sizes, hardness, colors, and CCS/LR/DNV/BV/ABS/NK/KR certificates are available.

Lightweight Salvage Airbag

Lightweight auxiliary floating lifting air bags are designed for underwater salvage. They offer light weight, easy operation, high buoyancy, deep-water pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. Widely used for sunken ships, stranded vessels, and caissons. Custom specs, end fittings, and slings available.
